As part of Walsall Council's drive to improve the health of residents and workers of the borough, Walsall Public Health will be offering subsidised places to challenge targeted groups to participate. This will include a shorter length triathlon (Tri It Race) for individuals to sign up to, as well as team entries to either the “Tri It" or “Sprint" Races.
Sprint Race - 400 metre Swim - 15 kilometre Cycle - 5 kilometre Run
“Tri It" race – (Super Sprint Distance) - 200 metre Swim - 10 kilometre Cycle - 2,5 km Run
Team event – Maximum of 3 in a team
There will be an application process to offer subsidised places. Please note an application does not guarantee an entry. These entries will be open at a later date, but if you want to register your interest now, please email sportsdev@walsall.gov.uk or call 01922 658080.
