Aspire Urban Adventure Course:

The competition will take place in a “shotgun” format where teams will complete various physical and mental challenges against the clock. The course will consist of 10 challenges in total at various locations in Aspire Zone. Teams will then have 10 minutes to move between the challenges that will not be timed, owever, teams will need to run between the activity stations. Challenges will be performed in teams of 4 and with 2 teams facing each other, and will complete each challenge at any one time. Once 5 challenges have been completed, contestants will take will a 30 minute break where teams can refresh themselves before completing the last 5 challenges?

Aspire Urban Adventure Competitor Rules & Regulations:

• Contestants will be require to pay a non-refundable (QAR 500) registration fee for a team of 4 including 1 reserve via credit or debit card – please note it will be the team captains responsibility to arrange details of their team.
• The event will be held all over Aspire Zone but Event HQ will based at Aspires Climbing Wall –

• Competitors must preregister in teams during registration period. 21st
• Registration is limited to 20 teams.
• Entry forms must be completed in full and competitors must be 18 years or over and must sign to have read and understood the terms and conditions of the competition
• Competitors are required to be physically fit and medically sound
• Competitors should be competent swimmers, should not suffer from vertigo and be prepared forthe challenges of Urban Adventure Racing. Competitors should be able to collect t-shirts prior to the competition on Wednesday 1st October 16:00 – 19:00 (Location - Aspire Active Entrance of the Aspire Dome)
• Competitors should register 45 minutes prior to the competition
• Competitors should compete in Team Shirts, bring a refillable water bottle, hat and sunscreen
• The Urban Adventure village will be a central area where competitors can take their breaks between challenges and where the prize giving will take place post event.
