The Cockermouth Triathlon is a perfect event for both the beginner and the seasoned competitor. Set against the picturesque back drop of the western Lake District the event has been a highlight on the local triathlon calendar for over 20 years. A pool 500m swim followed by a 20k cycle and a 5k run based at the Leisure Centre.
