Join us to chase away the chills of winter and kick-start your season at the UK's first and best loved trail centre (Voted best UK trail centre 2016 by Singletrack Magazine readers).
The Fox Antifreeze, a multi lap, staggered start, chip-timed, winter endurance mountain bike challenge held on the trails of Coed y Brenin Forest Park. Riders can elect to do 1, 2 or 3 laps of a 12km course that take place on the finest singletrack trails that Coed y Brenin Forest Park has to offer. You don't have to decide what distance you ride simple complete your desired number of laps on the day and our timing system will allocate your times to the appropriate distance. The event start is open from 10.30am and remains open for around 1 hour. Riders may assemble and start at any point during this time.
The staggered start offers a very relaxed event format and the event start/lap/finish area is located just a few meters from the visitor centre building with it's warm and comfortable cafe, changing rooms, toilets, showers and bike shop.
