Event Starts

Now in its 6th year, Evesham CycleFest gets better every year, but our aim remains the same – getting more bums on bikes!

This year we have a new HQ at Hampton Ferry, Boat Lane, Evesham WR11 4BP, and route options to suit all riders which showcase the best cycling the Vale of Evesham has to offer.

Our 3 sportive events for this year are:

  • Frolic – 38 miles (62km)
  • Romp – 63 miles (102km)
  • Escapade – 101 miles (164km)

All the routes take in places that the CycleFest committee love to ride themselves – from the magnificent Salters Lane, chocolate box Snowshill village, the iconic Saintbury Hill, Georgian Pershore, the Capability Brown landscape around Croome, to the ever popular route around Bredon Hill and back into Evesham.

The routes will be signposted, with fully stocked feed stations, chip timing, mobile mechanical and medical support and returning for a medal and well earned cake at the finish! If you've never entered a sportive before, this is a perfect event to try! There's no pressure to achieve a certain time, just follow the signs and stop at any feed station for free refreshments en route.

We welcome under 16's (with an adult) and those using adaptive bikes/trikes/handcycles. Under 16's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and all under 18's must have signed parental consent.
Starting and finishing at Hampton Ferry, Boat Lane, Evesham WR11 4BP. Registration from 7am, departing 8am.
Online entries via StuWeb with prices starting at £20, or on the day entry prices starting at £25.
