Race entries

You should receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes after payment. This will provide a summary of all races and participants entered. You will receive an additional email for each different race entered, which contains further information specific to the race from the organisers, and a record of the terms of conditions for the day.

You can also see a confirmation of forthcoming races entered on your account page, along with options to alter your athlete details. After the event, from your account you can also provide feedback if you believe your race details have been uploaded incorrectly.

Photo orders

You should receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes after payment. This will confirm your photo delivery method and the price paid.

Email delivery

If you have chosen email delivery, you will receive an additional email for each photo purchased. We send the photos as attachments individually as the full resolution files can be large. While we endeavour to send your photo as quickly as possible, during busy periods it may take up to 3 days to process.

If you have not received your photo by email, please log in to your account, where you will be able to see the status of your order. Photos can also be viewed and downloaded from your account page once processed.
