Thank you for considering taking part in our Third Annual Fun Run. As you may know, the Beccles & District Lions Club which is a Registered Charity and raises money to support a wide variety of local needs. We regularly help local individuals such as those with disabilities who find it impossible to self fund special equipment which they require or indeed even able bodied local people who are struggling with their circumstances, such as single parents unable to afford equipment for their childrens education. In addition we are always willing to hear from schools, hospitals, clubs and societies where we can give help which will benefit a wider number of both Children and Adults. We hope that by organising this event, we will raise funds to enable us to help even more Local people who are less fortunate than ourselves.
