Open water swim, followed by an off road cycle route that finishes off with the new mountain bike course (easier blue route,with black route options) before an undulating run. Designed to be suitable for both mountain bikes and cycle-cross bikes or road bikes with grass/rough ground tyres if a skilled cyclist. Ages 17+ On-line Entries close Friday.
