The race is over mixed terrain and follows some narrow footpaths. It will be well marshalled. All finishers will receive a medal.

Parking
There is some parking on site, please lift share if possible. Newport has numerous free car parks, but please allow for a 15 minute walk from the town.
Children's race
There will be a children's race for 3 - to 14 year olds of about 1k. Entries on the day.
Entries for the children's race 9.00 to 9.30, cost £3, children's race will start at 10.00. Participants will receive a memento.
