Tonbridge Triathlon

Venue - Tonbridge School, Tonbridge, Kent. TN10 3AD

Start Time - From 06:00 (seeded swim starts dependant on your predicted swim times)

• 1)Your Race Number and Start time

Please find your Race number and Start time on https://www.tonbridgetriathlon.com/2023-triathlon.

• 2)Parking

There is NO PARKING in the School area. Consequently we would ask you to follow the Tonbridge Parking signs to park your vehicle. (You will find signs taking you back to the School Sports Centre)

Leave at least ½ hour to Park and then find your way back to the School Sports compex.

• 3)Registration

You MUST Register before you can enter the Transition area

The Registration point is located at the far end of the Sports Complex small car park. Leave your bike in the Secure area then go inside the Complex to Register. Once Registered then make your way back to Transition.

• 4)Transition

Enter the Transition area via the Gazebo (where you will be checked and informed where to park your bike. You are permitted to leave a small bag with your bike. There is a Security area set aside for large bags.

• 5)Additional parking areas have been set aside for Relay, Aquabike and Aquathlon competitors.
• 6)Take your time to work out both Exits and Entrances for the Swim, Cycle race and Run.

• 7)RACE START
• 8)15 minutes before your Start time proceed to the Transition Swim Exit where a group will be conducted through to the Swim Start (You may want to wear running shoes to the start rather than run back from Swim to Transition, leave them by the wall as you turn into the Swim Start)
• 9)After your swim you MUST return to Transition before starting the Cycling event.
• (Note Relay and Aquathlon competitors). The former must had over their Race bands to the Cyclist in your group and the latter will then exit for the Run.
