Water - for environmental reasons and concerns over single use plastics, we no longer provide water after the event. So please bring your own bottled drinks - these can be left on a table provided at the finish area.
At the finish - runners are asked to move through the finish funnel in order to clear room for other runners following in behind. Once you have finished please keep the final sections of the course clear for other runners.

Running Shoes - The course is mainly hard surface although a large section is along a trail pathway. If it has rained hard prior to the race there may be some puddles and muddy patches. Short sections are on open roads where you may meet other road users. Most runners will opt for normal running shoes. As with other races we encourage you to run the course beforehand to determine your own choice of shoe.
Course Info - the course is a single circuit. We ask that runners where possible keep to the left especially on the return leg as runners will be using the pathway in both directions. The pathway is narrow in some parts with over-hanging trees etc.
See you there!
