The Hever Castle Triathlon is part of the Castle Race Series and takes place at the historic Hever Castle in Kent. This event is scheduled for the weekend of 28-29 September 202412. It’s a multisport festival that includes a variety of races such as triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, swim, and run races, catering to all ages and abilities.
The event is set in the stunning grounds of Hever Castle, which is rich in history, being the childhood home of Anne Boleyn1. Participants will enjoy a scenic course that includes an open water swim in the Hever Castle Lake, a cycle through the High Weald of Kent, and a run around the castle grounds.
In addition to the races, the festival features a lively event village with live music, food and drink stalls, children’s entertainment, yoga sessions, and more12. It’s a family-friendly event with on-site camping available, making it a great weekend outing for both athletes and spectators.
