The Action Heart Tuff Un is a tough, multi-terrain running event held annually at Baggeridge Country Park in Dudley. Action Heart is a West Midlands-based charity dedicated to cardiac rehabilitation. Operating out of Russells Hall Hospital, it supports individuals recovering from heart attacks, surgery, or living with heart-related conditions.
