St John Houghton Community Fun Run 2017

Under 16 3K and 5K distancestar

Both events will start and finish at SJHCVA.

The 3km start time is 10am. The 5km start time is 11am. Please arrive in plenty of time to collect your race number at the event registration area and join the warm up approximately 15 minutes before the start.

Parking:

Please be considerate to our neighbours when parking on local roads.

Bag drop:

We will have a bag drop area on site. Please note that if you leave your belongings here we accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal items. Any items not collected 14 days after the event will be donated to charity.

On the day entries:

Will be accepted up to 30 minutes prior to each event, unless oversubscribed. Please note that entries after 10th June and on the day will be at the increased prices of:

Under 16's @ £7.00 each / Over 16's @ £10.00 each

ADVANCE ENTRY PRICES (BY 9TH JUNE):

Under 16's @ 4.00 each / Over 16's @ £7.00 each

Medals are not guaranteed for late entries.

Important information:

Race numbers must be worn by all participants in the events. We are unable to issue duplicate numbers. Participants wearing race numbers will be awarded a commemorative medal, subject to availability, and a goody bag on completion of the event.

All participants must follow instruction from marshals.

Participants must complete the Fun Run entry form, one per runner. This must be completed by a parent in the case of under 16's. Any entrant under 10 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Entrants take part in the event at their own risk. The organisers and their sponsors will not be responsible for any illness or injury incurred during or as a result of the event, or any property lost or damaged.

Photos from the event will be published via our website/on social media and in the local press.
