Action Heart is a West Midlands-based charity dedicated to cardiac rehabilitation. Operating out of Russells Hall Hospital, it supports individuals recovering from heart attacks, surgery, or living with heart-related conditions. Through structured exercise programmes, education, and long-term support, Action Heart helps patients regain strength, confidence, and quality of life.
