The Action Heart Tuff Un is a tough, multi-terrain running event held annually at Baggeridge Country Park in Dudley. Known for its undulating trails, muddy paths, and even a shallow stream crossing, it offers a gritty but rewarding challenge over approximately 6 miles. With a 90-minute cut-off time, it’s designed for runners of all levels who are ready to embrace the mud, hills, and camaraderie. The event is well-loved for its friendly atmosphere and scenic yet demanding course, making it a standout in the local running calendar.

Action Heart is a West Midlands-based charity dedicated to cardiac rehabilitation. Operating out of Russells Hall Hospital, it supports individuals recovering from heart attacks, surgery, or living with heart-related conditions. Through structured exercise programmes, education, and long-term support, Action Heart helps patients regain strength, confidence, and quality of life. Their work is vital in promoting heart health and preventing further cardiovascular issues across the community
