Our event is a Triathlon with a twist; “BROâ€â€¦.. Bike, Run, Obstacle. We start at The Suffolk Academy in Barrow (also home to The Great Barrow Challenge) with a 22k road bike around a scenic Suffolk route, followed by a 4k off road run, once back you finish with the 25 obstacles at our purpose built Outdoor Assault Course “The Playgroundâ€. A test of endurance, speed and strength. The event will be timed, and as it is a BRAND NEW event you have the chance to set a race record. Alternatively bring your friends and just enjoy the challenge. Due to generous sponsorship from Rosewood Pavilion, we are excited to say that all your entry money is going direct to Breast Cancer Now, the UKs largest Breast Cancer charity. http://www.theplaygrounduk.com/special-events
