The Viridian Daventry Triathlon is a sprint distance race. Each relay team MUST have three members. The first team member will swim 400m in the Daventry Leisure Centre, the next member will cycle 20km through Northamptonshire countryside, while the final team member will run 5km around the scenic Daventry Country Park and cross the finishing line.
